We present case studies of Integral's sustainability support initiatives.

Toyo Engineering Established the "Carbon Neutrality Division" to vigorously pursue business development that contributes to the achievement of carbon neutrality.

With the Mission of "Engineering for Sustainable Growth of the Global Community." Toyo Engineering has established a key corporate strategy focused on realizing practical carbon neutrality (balancing environmental harmony with economic viability) in three main areas:
1.Fuel ammonia and hydrogen business
2.Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) business
3.CO2 Capture, Utilization & Storage business
Integral's investment professionals, dispatched through the "i-Engine" management support function, contributed to the strategy development process. Based on this strategy, the company launched a "Sustainable Business Strategy Team"(later reorganized into the Carbon Neutrality Division) to implement these businesses in society, leveraging internal technical expertise and experience while collaborating with external partners to advance carbon-neutral business development.

Kitamura Holdings Engaged in formulating the Basic Sustainability Policy and developing growth strategies to expand the resale business, including used cameras.

With the Mission "Reflecting Your Time and Living with Your Heart." Kitamura Holdings aspires to be a "World-Leading Photo Life Company" that supports people in preserving their memories as vivid records through photography and camera-related services. The company has positioned sustainability as a fundamental theme in its management strategy. They have identified materiality issues including "Climate change countermeasures and implementation of a recycling mentality" and "Creation of a rewarding work environment." The company actively pursues initiatives such as GHG reduction, expansion of reuse products contributing to a circular economy, and implementation of engagement surveys. Integral's seconded investment professionals have been involved in developing the basic sustainability policy and growth strategies for expanding pre-owned camera and other reuse products.

Primo Global Holdings Launched a dedicated project team to identify materiality (key sustainability issues).

Operating under the corporate philosophy "Making PRIMO (the best) Dreams into PRIMO (supreme) Happiness." Primo Global Holdings is a specialized bridal jewelry retailer with multiple stores across Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, mainland China, and Singapore. Their skilled staff provides personalized support, offering "one-of-a-kind rings" through a select-order system in each country and region. Valuing human connections, the company established a materiality identification project team in 2024, identifying key issues such as "customer commitment," "creation of new value," "human resource development," "work-life balance," and "environmentally conscious business activities." Integral's seconded investment professionals participated in the materiality identification process.

Nitto FC Organized various working groups to implement management reforms, contributing to the improvement of employee working conditions and productivity.

Operating under the management philosophy "Earth-Friendly Life Support," Nitto FC is one of Japan's leading chemical fertilizer manufacturers, maintaining an integrated production system from raw material procurement to shipping at its factories. Integral's seconded investment professionals have organized various working groups to implement management reforms. In terms of sustainability, they established a factory improvement working group focusing on enhancing working conditions across facilities. The company has contributed to improving employee working conditions and productivity by introducing new manufacturing processes to control dust generation--a long-standing challenge in chemical fertilizer plants--and developing and expanding facilities to prevent dust dispersion.
